Personal Training
At Inclusion Fitness, we offer both 1:1 and 2:1 (2 clients, 1 trainer) personal training sessions. Your trainer will create a safe and effective exercise programme for you. Your programme will be unique to you and your fitness goals. It generally includes a combination of strength training, cardio exercises, flexibility work and potentially specialised exercises depending on the clients goals and abilites. All our sessions are run from our private gym where it will only be you and the trainer present during your session.
Here are some of the benefits of having a personal trainer:
1. Can help you avoid injury – when training solo, it can be easy to exceed your limits and end up causing yourself unnecessary injury. Rest days are exceptionally important and another advantage of having a personal trainer is that they can help you build these into your routine.
2. Accountability – this is perhaps one of the most pivotal personal trainer advantages, in that it can often influence how and when you exercise and utiimately how quickly you see the results you are looking for. If you’ve pre-arranged to attend sessions with your personal trainer you will be less likely to cancel at the last minute. Personal trainers are so much more than a coach, they will keep you motivated and focused even when you feel like giving in. One of the major advantages is the support you’ll receive on a personal level.
3. Help you to make lifestyle changes – its not just a get-fit-quick scheme. There is no point altering your fitness schedule if everything else is going to remain the same. This is often the mistake people make when training alone, or without prior knowledge of the fundamentals of exercise. The biggest personal trainer advantages are creating and implementing meaningful lifestyle changes; nutrition, routine and mindset.
4. Fulfils multiply roles – your personal trainer isn’t just there to get you fit, although this is a huge part of what they offer. They are also there to coach you through difficult times, when motivational levels are low by lifting your spirits and providing you with inspiration you need, when you most need it! Think about all the times you’ve nearly given in, or you’ve skipped a gym session because you’ve had a bad day. The first goal of your personal trainer will be to stop that happening. They will ensure your time in the gym is as efficient as possible, with every session you undertake engaging, interesting and motivational.
