Small Group Personal Training
Inclusion Fitness offers small group training sessions for up to 10 people. Small group sessions allow you to get the encouragement and motivation of working towards your goals with like minded people. Our aim is that you leave every session feeling a sense of achievement. We promise to deliver high quality coaching, whilst guiding you in your journey to hitting your goals and targets. With each session building confidence, fitness and health.
Programmes are tailored to provide a full body workout, introducing a new programme every 6 weeks to ensure you remain focused and motivated. We will help you become a fitter, stronger and healthier you!
Our sessions run from our private gym in Marston Moretaine. Your monthly payment allows you 3 x 50 minute sessions per week from a choice of both AM and PM sessions. There is no 12 month contract.
